General Meeting – August 2024 – Update on the PACSAT Project

Our August RWK Meeting will be an update on the PACSAT Project, an upcoming amateur radio payload soon to be in orbit. Our own Bill Reed NX5R has been involved with AMSAT for several years and is the Design Team Leader for this unique satellite project. He will explain how this differs from the usual LEO satellites that are currently in orbit and show a demo of the current PACSAT system.
