Meetings of the RWK Board of Directors

The RWK Board of Directors meets the first Thursday of each month (meetings are always on our Calendar). Meetings of the Board are open to any current RWK Member – please ask any current member of the Board for an invite. Directors may be reached at [title]@k5rwk.org.

Most all Club Business is conducted during our Board of Directors meetings (leaving our general meetings with less business boredom and more radio fun). Our Meeting Minutes are public and may be viewed here.

Governance and Organization

The Richardson Wireless Klub (RWK) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization in the State of Texas. The Klub is governed by By-Laws that specify Officers, Directors, and Membership of the organization. The current By-Laws of the RWK were last revised in 2019 and are available for public viewing.

Membership Records

The RWK uses HamClubOnline to maintain membership records and collect annual dues. Please see our Join or Renew page to apply for membership. The membership roster is not available for public view.
